This appeal is from a verdict awarding damages for personal injuries sustained in a fall in appellant's hotel. Plaintiff-appellee, a workman for a hotel service contractor, alleged that his fall was caused by appellant's failure to maintain the hotel pantry floor in a reasonably safe condition. Appellant seeks judgment n. o. v. on the theory that since plaintiff had notice of the floor's condition, he was contributorily negligent...
