This appeal is from a judgment of the United States Customs Court, First Division, 62 Cust.Ct. 453, C.D. 3801 (1969), overruling the protest of appellant, an American manufacturer, to the classification of dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine (DNPT) as a compound "containing a triazine ring" within the meaning of Item 425.10 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS).
