Appellants, citizens and residents of Omaha, Nebraska, brought a treble damage action under Section 4 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 15, alleging that the defendants conspired to monopolize and did monopolize commerce in violation of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1 and 2, as to processes used to absorb wastes discharged by meat packinghouses in Omaha.
