Earl Thomas Sadler, presently incarcerated at the United States Penitentiary at Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, has petitioned this court to vacate his sentence. This sentence was imposed after his plea of guilty to a four-count indictment charging violations of the Federal Bank Robbery Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (b) and (d).
