This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals1 affirming the rejection of claims 1-9, 14-16, and 42-492 of application serial No. 285,550, filed May 31, 1963, and entitled "Data-Records, and Data-Recording and Utilizing Methods and Means."3 Claims 17-31 have been allowed.
