SWINFORD, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Ella Mae Jeter, brings this action under the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). In September of 1965, she filed a claim for disability benefits which was denied. She claimed an inability to work beginning February 1965. The disabling condition was listed as "Low blood pressure & Leg trouble".
