In this civil action, plaintiff, a registrant of Local Board No. 169, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, seeks to enjoin his induction into the Armed Services of the United States. Jurisdiction of the Court is invoked under §§ 1331, 1361, 2201 and 2202 of Title 28 of the United States Code.
