CASTLE, Senior Circuit Judge.

In a sixteen-count indictment, the Grand Jury charged defendant with violations of the Securities Act of 1933, mail fraud, and conspiracy to commit such acts. Counts 3, 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15 were dismissed by the Government. The jury found defendant guilty on Counts 1, 11, 12, and 16, and not guilty on the remaining counts. The district court entered judgment of conviction on the verdict, sentenced defendant to four years imprisonment...
