Having found that Jerome Kane d/b/a Kane Bag Supply Company committed numerous § 8(a) (1) violations during his employees' attempt to unionize, the Board ordered Kane to cease and desist from further violations, to take affirmative steps to remedy the effects of past violations and to bargain with the union.
