FIDELITY AND DEPOSIT COMPANY OF MARYLAND, hereinafter called F. & D., sought a Declaratory Judgment to have its liability determined on a fidelity bond issued by it to certain named corporate insureds. Third parties not named in the bond but who claimed to have interests protected by the bond, intervened in the suit. This Court entered a summary judgment against the intervenors.
