Under date of January 19, 1968, and after a hearing, the liquor control commission notified the plaintiff that his restaurant liquor permit had been suspended for a period of ten days. The reason for the suspension was unsuitability of person by reason of a violation of § 30-91 of the General Statutes by permitting "the sale or the dispensing or consumption or the presence in glasses or other receptacles suitable to permit the consumption of liquor...
