Post-trial motions are made by the defendant David Wenger for an order pursuant to Rules 29 and 33 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure to set aside the jury verdict of guilty returned against said defendant on November 12, 1970 and to enter a judgment of acquittal, or in the alternative to set aside said verdict and grant a new trial on the basis of newly discovered evidence and in the interests of justice.
