Alva Ray Carrico, Jr., Dallas Ross, Don Dingus, and Larry Dingus were jointly indicted upon a charge of unlawfully breaking and entering an uninhabited dwelling house, and upon a second count, of the charge of grand larceny. The indictment was returned on February 17, 1969. Upon arraignment, all defendants pled not guilty. Trial was set for March 31, 1969, and subpoenas issued for that date. On March...
