This is an action for injunctive relief brought by three individual plaintiffs, all of whom are employed as air traffic controllers by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and who are stationed as such at Ryan Airport, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They seek herein preliminary and permanent injunctions to enjoin plaintiffs' immediate employer, the FA Administrative agency of the Department of Transportation, which is itself a Cabinet level agency...
