SOLOMON, Chief Judge.

Automated Building Components, Inc. (ABC) seeks to hold Trueline Truss Co. (Trueline) and Gerald M. McCormack in contempt of this Court's consent decree in Civil No. 67-230. That decree enjoined Trueline and McCormack from infringing ABC's United States Patent 3,304,106.
