MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

REGAN, District Judge.

Dr. and Mrs. Lee M. Blount, Jr. and four of their five minor children1 brought this action for injunctive and monetary relief to redress alleged deprivations of rights secured to them by the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Defendants' motion for summary judgment was ordered taken with the case.
