This application for a writ of habeas corpus is brought pursuant to Title 28, U.S.C.A. § 2254. Petitioner, Ulylesses Robinson, is presently confined at hard labor in the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, Louisiana, serving a fifteen year sentence for attempted aggravated rape. He was tried before the Criminal District Court of Orleans Parish, Louisiana, on November 29, 1966, and found guilty by a jury after entering a plea of not guilty...
