CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

Defendants' convictions of violation of the Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) were previously affirmed by this Court. 394 F.2d 304; 395 F.2d 47. Subsequently, the Supreme Court remanded these cases to the district court "for further proceedings in conformity with Alderman v. United States," 394 U.S. 165
