A criminal complaint alleging illegal possession of marijuana in violation of A.R.S. § 36-1002.02 was filed against appellants in Tempe Justice Court. Following a preliminary hearing the appellants were bound over to the Superior Court for trial. They entered not guilty pleas to an information alleging the same offense.
