PUTMAN, J.
This appeal on questions of law is from a judgment in the amount of $10,000 entered for plaintiff upon separately stated findings of fact and conclusions of law by the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County. A jury was waived. The trial court filed a nine page written opinion and thereafter upon motion, responded to thirty one separate interrogatories as upon a motion separately to state findings of fact from conclusions of law.
