NIX, Judge.

Wesley Ford, who shall be hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged by information with the crime of murder. He was tried before a jury, found guilty of manslaughter first degree, and sentenced to four years in the penitentiary. From said judgment and sentence the defendant appeals.
