The plaintiff commenced this action to recover for goods, wares and merchandise it claims were purchased by the defendants. The complaint was filed on February 21, 1969, and the plaintiff procured the issuance of a writ of garnishment on the same day. At the time of filing the complaint the defendants were residents of the State of California.
