The narrow issue presented for our determination on this appeal is whether the jury that found the appellant-defendant, Edwin Robert Froggatt, guilty of a violation of NRS 453.0301 (Unlawful Sale of a Narcotic Drug), should have been instructed on the law of entrapment.
