The claimant in this workmen's compensation case filed a claim for an injury suffered in a fall. The claim was initially rejected. A hearing was then duly requested and held. Thereafter the hearing officer directed the respondent to accept the claim. Upon review the Workmen's Compensation Board affirmed the order of the hearing officer, also holding that the injury arose out of and in the course of employment.
