This appeal is from a judgment of the district court awarding $65,625 damages to respondent, Nevada Underwriters, Inc., resulting from the failure of appellant, Transwestern Life Insurance Company, a Montana corporation, to timely issue 75,000 shares of appellant's stock that respondent had the right to purchase under a stock option agreement between respondent and a predecessor Nevada corporation that later merged into the appellant...
