PER CURIAM:

This appeal is taken from an order of the district court denying the petition of Isaac Smith, a prisoner of the State of Texas, for the writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.1

Smith was convicted by a jury of possession of marihuana and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment on May 16, 1962. The conviction was affirmed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals without a written opinion. On December 15, 1969 Smith pled guilty...
