The National Labor Relations Board determined that respondent UNēCO, INC. had violated § 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (1), by threatening to discharge an employee for union activity and by promising a wage increase to its employees in an attempt to discourage union membership.
