Defendants operate a hospital. Plaintiffs, who are doctors, operated for defendants the radiology department of the hospital from the time it was opened. Upon the termination of the doctors' relationship with the defendants (hereinafter also referred to as hospital), a dispute arose concerning whether the doctors had an interest in payments made subsequent to termination for work performed by them prior thereto.
