This action involves the right to a pledged savings account. The court, after a trial without a jury, found for plaintiff and defendant appeals.

Defendant's only assignment of error is incorrectly stated, but we will consider that it challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the finding in favor of plaintiff. Since this is a law action we can reverse only if we find that the evidence required the trial court to find in favor...
