GOLDBERG, Circuit Judge:

Once again — it seems to be habitual — we are confronted with a case demonstrating the dangers of rendering a judgment of dismissal on the basis of barebone pleadings. Finding that the plaintiff did plead facts sufficient to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, we reverse.
