Suing on behalf of herself and her two married daughters, the appellant Mrs. Gladys Cantrell sought damages for the death of her husband, Ira Dell Cantrell, against Markham & Brown Company & Associates and Whittle Construction Company, a joint venture, herein called the defendant.
