Appellant D. T. Hargraves, Jr., claimed that, under the terms and conditions of a group policy issued by appellee Continental Insurance Company to Interstate Grocer Company, he was entitled to recover medical expenses incurred by him. The trial court found that appellant was not a full time employee and therefore excluded under the terms and provisions of the policy coverage.
