This appeal raises questions concerning the legality of appellant Benjamin T. Delahay, Jr.'s termination as a District Judge of the State of Alaska, as well as issues pertaining to the validity of Arthur L. Robson's subsequent appointment to appellant's seat on the district court. The superior court declared appellant's termination lawful and further concluded that Judge Robson's appointment was in accordance with law. We affirm the superior court...
