Malcolm T. Anderson was indicted for failure to submit to induction in violation of 50 U.S.C. App. § 462(a) (Supp. V 1969). Jury trial was waived, and the case was submitted by agreement of the parties on the defendant's Selective Service file. No other evidence was presented.
