This is an appeal from a judgment enjoining the sale by the Treasurer of King County under a warrant of distraint of personal property belonging to four different corporations, operating eight restaurants in King County. These corporations had refused to pay certain "additional personal property taxes" levied against them which they contend are illegal and void.
