The first count of the indictment charged that Martin Chavez Lopez, Fred Moreno White and Bertha Garza, in violation of Section 174 of Title 21, United States Code, wilfully and knowingly conspired to receive, conceal and facilitate the transportation and concealment of heroin. Other counts charged Lopez and White with substantive crimes of selling heroin to one Eddie Brown and with knowingly and fraudulently receiving, concealing and facilitating...
