This action arises out of the liquidation of an Illinois Savings and Loan Association, Apollo Savings ("Apollo"). Plaintiff, Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation ("FSLIC") is acting as Receiver of Apollo in a liquidation proceeding presently pending before the Circuit Court of Cook County.
