LANGDON, Justice.

The appellant initiated suit against appellees, Fort Worth Transit Company, Inc. and its driver, Olan W. Dyson, under the wrongful death statute following the shooting of her son, Roger Glenn Bradley. Appellees alleged that the shooting was done in self-defense and that deceased was negligent in several respects which would bar recovery. The case was tried to a jury.
