MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is passing, as true, a forged instrument; the punishment, two years in the Department of Corrections.

Appellant's court appointed attorney on appeal raised two grounds of error. He first contends that the evidence is insufficient to sustain the verdict.1 It was shown that appellant passed to his landlord a check in the sum of $378.70 for payment of two weeks rental of a motel room...
