This case adds another chapter to the ever-expanding volume of Mississippi speaker ban litigation1 which culminated in Stacy v. Williams, 1969, N.D.Miss., 306 F.2d Supp. 963.2 Our task here is not as broad as the Stacy deliverance for our duty is not to review Stacy but only to apply it.
