Appellant Donald Barnes Bradley was indicted and charged with bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(b), (Count 1). Appellant Franklin DeWayne Calvert was indicted and charged with aiding and abetting the robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(b) and 2(a), (Count 2).
