This action is brought by Greyhound Lines, Inc. and The Greyhound Corporation (Greyhound) to set aside an order1 of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) which requires Greyhound to cease and desist from certain practices found to be in violation of representations made to the ICC by Greyhound in earlier approved acquisition proceedings.
