One Henry Glenn Westendorf, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged in a two count information with the commission of two so-called aggravated robberies. Counsel was thereafter appointed by the trial court to represent the defendant, and the matter was thereafter continued from time to time to the end that the defendant was never formally arraigned on either of these two charges.
