This case involves a challenge to the order of the juvenile court continuing the placement of two children, who had previously been made dependent wards pursuant to ORS 419.476(1) (c), in a foster home under welfare department supervision. Three errors are asserted.

The first contention is that the foster home was not certified by the welfare department and thus the court lacked power to make such placement. ORS 419.507(1) expressly authorizes...
