LARSON, District Judge.

On July 8, 1970, the clerical and other employees (hereafter BRAC) of Northwest Airlines (hereafter NWA) went on strike after exhausting all mandatory procedures required by the Railway Labor Act.

This is the third lawsuit in this Court arising out of that strike. In August BRAC sued NWA in the District of Columbia. In that action, which was transferred to Minnesota, BRAC asked for an injunction temporarily enjoining...
