These three consolidated protests concern the proper rate of duty on certain metal articles imported from West Germany in 1962.

The merchandise is described on the commercial invoices as "Muntz Metal Plates" and "Tube Sheet blanks, Muntz metal, hot rolled" in protests 66/1272 and 66/14957(B) respectively.
