WALKER, Presiding Judge.

Charles Dean Dishman and James Ray Henry, the defendants below, were convicted of possessing marijuana in violation of T.C.A. 52-1303. Dishman was sentenced to pay a fine of $500 and to serve two to three years in the penitentiary. Henry was sentenced to pay a similar fine and to serve two years in the penitentiary.
