This case presents the question of the proper classification, for customs duty purposes, of certain sticks imported from Holland and France. The sticks are in their natural tubular shape, of varying lengths and diameters, and are manufactured into reeds for clarinets and saxophones. They have been classified by the customs officials as other articles, not specially provided for, of unspun fibrous vegetable materials...
