This decision consolidates two separate appeals from the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Danny Ray Lamb vs. The State of Oklahoma, No. A-15,610; and Odie Lee Reed vs. The State of Oklahoma, No. A-15,670.
