The State of Texas, the Attorney General, and the Commissioner of the General Land Office, appeal from an unfavorable judgment rendered in a non-jury trial in a case of trespass to try title. Plaintiffs sought to recover 223.13 acres of land in San Jacinto County, using the provisions of Section 6(j) of Article 5421c, Vernon's Ann.Civ.St., as a key to the courtroom door.
